Only for Italian users: you can choose to collect your order directly at Agri Parts warehouse in Bologna (Italiy), without any additional costs. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

During Checkout, please check that your shipping address and telephone number are correct – these details cannot be modified once the courier receives your package.

The shipment of the products ordered that are immediately available will be done the day after Agri Parts receives the complete payment for your order. For the products that not immediately available, the next shipment will be done based on the longest delivery date.

During checkout and before you proceed with payment, you can insert a shipping address that is different to your billing address, or an address previously used for another shipment. However, you cannot ship to a different country other than that chosen during the registration process. You can also insert any delivery notes before you proceed with payment.

For shipments to Italy, the shipment costs are included with the order for order that are more than € 350,00. For the rest of Europe, shipment costs are based on the zone and for orderd that are more than € 500,00, the cost is included in the order. The shipment costs are indicated in the table above.

Once the courier has received your parcel, the courier company name and tracking number will be published in the Invoices section of your Profile.

Shipments to Italy: you will be contacted telephonically by the courier company before the delivery, without an extra cost. Please check to insert your phone number during checkout.

 

Delivery Time

Basic Service:

Italy: 24/48 hours; for islands 3 (three) working days from the day the courier receives your package.

Europe: see the above table with delivery times depending on the zone, calculated from the day the courier receives your parcel.

Express Service: 24/72 hours only by request and with extra costs, depending on your zone. For a quotation please send a mail to info@agriparts.it .

The above mentioned delivery times exclude events that imputable (national holidays, days in which circulation is prohibited, force majeure), as explicated in the General Conditions of Sale.

 

Unsuccessful delivery

Italy:

If the delivery is unsuccessful, the second and third delivery attempt will be automatically carried out in the following days.

After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel will be sent to the courier’s warehouse for stockage for a maximum period of 10 (ten) days. After this period, if no alternative delivery date has been communicated, the parcel will be sent back to Agri Parts and the costs will be applied as per our General Conditions of Sale.

In the event that the parcel gets taken to the courier warehouse, it necessitates communication for it to be unblocked. You can choose between:

  • New shipment address
  • Agreed delivery time with the courier
  • Collect the parcel from the courier warehouse

Europe:

2 (two) delivery attempts will be made on average. For every unsuccessful attempt, the courier will leave a notice or could contact you telephonically. For France, one delivery attempt will be made and subsequently the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest Parcel Shop or collection point.

After the failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be sent to the courier’s warehouse for stockage for a maximum period of 7 (seven) days, in the event that both parties agree it can be requested to send to a different delivery address or to collect the parcel from the courier warehouse. If no communication is sent, the parcel will be shipped back to Agri Parts and the various costs will be applied as per our General Conditions of Sale.

 

Parcel Delivery

We invite our clients to check thoroughly the number of parcels and the state of the parcels at the time of the delivery. Please report any issues to the courier and to Agri Parts. See our page Warranty and Returns for what to do if there are missing parcels or if the parcels are damaged.
