Agri Parts Warranty and Returns Policy

AGRI PARTS WARRANTY AND PRODUCT RETURNS
 
WARRANTY PERIOD

AGRI PARTS guarantees that our products are faultless regarding their material and their manufacturing, on condition that our products are used and maintained in normal conditions, for a period of:  

12 (twelve) months                → for professionals
24 (twenty-four) months            → for consumers

from the date it was delivered to the buyer.

PRODUCT QUERIES

If you need to open a query, you need to communicate it to Agri Parts within:  

14 (fourteen) days                  → for professionals
60 (sixty) days                          → for consumers

From the date the products were delivered, indicating one or more of the following issues

  1. The quantity you received is different to the quantity in the order document
  2. The product you received does not correspond with the order you placed
  3. The product you ordered is damaged.

 

If the product has one of the following faults:

  1. The product you ordered doesn’t work
  2. You are unable to install or mount the product

That you could not have identified during the delivery, this has to be comunicated to Agri Parts within:

14 (fourteen) days                  → for professionals
60 (sixty) days                           → for consumers

From the date in which you identified the fault, provided that the warranty has not expired.

 

Agri Parts will be responsible for the costs to return the goods, and we will send you all the neccessary documents for the return. If the product has not been used, it has to be sent to Agri Parts in the same conditions in which you recevied it.

A refund, a replacement or the issuing of a voucher will take place after the product has been received and checked. If you choose to receive a replacement for the product, Agri Parts will handle the substitution and you won’t have to place a new order. Should the replacement product not be immediately available, Agri Parts will offer you a refund or a voucher that can be used for a future order.

If you need to reintegrate a missing quantity, Agri Parts will proceed to ship the missing quantity at their expense and it is not necessary to create a new order. If the products are not immediately available, Agri Parts will offer you a refund or a voucher to be used for a future order.

 

PRODUCT SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

If, while the product is being delivered to you, you notice that the packaging is damaged or the number of packages is different to what is stated in the sales documents, you can immediately formulate a written contestation for the courier and inform Agri Parts by sending us an email to info@agriparts.it.

If the packaging is damaged, you can:

  1. Reject the package, in which case it will be sent back to Agri Parts and the costs of such will be charged to Agri Parts, on condition that the package has not been opened. Following the communication of such to Agri Parts, Agri Parts will immediately arrange for a new shipment and it will not be neccessary to place a new order. In the event that a replacement is no longer available, Agri Parts will offer a refund or a voucher for a future order.
  2. Receive the package, and inform Agri Parts of the damaged package

 

If the delivered product quantities are less than what is stated in the sales documents, Agri Parts will arrange for a new shipment which will be charged to Agri Parts. In the event that a replacement is not immediately available, Agri Parts will offer a refund or a voucher for a future order.

 

RETURNS

For both consumers and professionals, if you need to return a product for reasons differing from those mentioned above, you have 14 (fourteen) days to send us an email at info@agriparts.it. In this event, the shipping costs are at your charge and you have to send the package to the following address:

Once Agri Parts has received the package, a team will check and evaluate the request, and will subsequently proceed to refund.

To make sure the refund process id succsessful, Agri Parts recommends that you use a trackable shipment that requires a signature at the delivery for the return of products valued over EURO 100,00. If you do not use a trackable shipment and Agri Parts doens not receive the package(s), Agri Parts will not be able to accept your refund request.

 

Furthermore, Agri Parts Plafond credits or Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. However, Gift Cards that have not been used could be refunded. Contact an Agri Parts operator for more information.


REFUNDS

 

Agri Parts will issue the refund using the same payment circuit that was used for the order payment.

Due to technical limitations that are out of Agri Part’s control, partial refunds can be made for payments received via PayPal, and it’s also possible to refund the full amount of the transaction.

For payments made using Nexi / XPay (credit card) Agri Parts can only refund the full amount of the payment, and a partial refund cannot be issued.

For Satispay, partial or full refunds can be issued.

For bank transfers, partial or full refunds can be issued.
